No. I’ve worked in a triple leadership three times: with product and engineering at Kiwi.com, the CEO and the PM at Mainteny, and Musosoup’s three co-owners, one of them the lead developer. Product calls made together, the final design call mine.
Yes. I supported VC talks and due diligence for Mainteny’s €2.7M seed round. In 2024 I also completed the d.MBA for design leaders, and I’ve put it to work on live products since, moving their numbers.
A process. At Mainteny I set up the design process and a value matrix from the MVP stage. At Musosoup I proposed the human-in-the-loop process for the AI-assisted rebuild.
Long enough to see the numbers move: 4½ years in Mainteny’s core team, through funding and expansion.
